Fees

Initial individual meeting (MIAM): £100

Mediation session (90 minutes):

• Children matters only: £125 per person.

• Financial matters or financial and children matters: £170 per person

Document fees

• Final Summary of Proposals or Memorandum of Understanding for financial matters: £100 per person

• Parenting Plan £50 per person

Child Inclusive Mediation meeting with child/young person: £40 per person. Feedback session to parents: £40 per person

The mediation voucher: if you are mediating about matters to do with children, I can apply for a government voucher on your behalf which covers up to £500 per family in mediation fees (it does not cover MIAMs or document fees). The voucher is not means tested.

Fees are payable by online transfer at least 3 working days in advance of the appointment. A cancellation charge of £50 will be made if an appointment is cancelled within 2 working days.
